Send a Booking Request

Found someone perfect? Click "Request Booking" on their profile. Fill in your event details — date, venue, budget, and audience size. No account needed to browse; create a free planner account to submit.

Step 3
Performer Responds

The performer reviews your request and can accept, decline, or send a counter-offer with updated details. You'll be notified by email.

Step 4
Pay Securely

Once accepted, the performer may submit a payment request (deposit or full fee). You'll receive a secure PayPal payment link by email — no account needed, cards accepted.

Step 5
Enjoy Your Event

Planner Payment FAQ

No. When you click the payment link, PayPal's checkout lets you pay with any major credit or debit card. A PayPal account is completely optional.

Your booking is reserved once the deposit clears. You'll receive a separate payment link for the balance before the event, by the due date set by the performer.

Yes. All payments are processed directly by PayPal using 256-bit SSL encryption. BookingEventEntertainment.com never stores your card or bank details.

The performer's payout is held for 7 days after the event — that's your window to report any issue with the booking (performer didn't show up, didn't perform as agreed, etc.). Open the booking from your dashboard and click "Report an Issue," or contact us through the support page. As long as you report it before payout is sent, our team will review and help resolve it. Once that window passes and payout is sent, BookingEventEntertainment.com's role in the booking is complete — any further resolution would need to be worked out directly with the performer.

Refund eligibility depends on your arrangement with the performer and our platform policy. Report it as soon as possible — ideally before the performer's payout window closes (see above) — through the support page and we'll work with both parties to resolve it.

BookingEventEntertainment.com charges a small commission on each booking to maintain the platform, handle secure payments, provide customer support, and keep performer listings free. The commission is deducted before the performer receives their payout — the fee you pay goes directly to the performer's quoted price.

Create Your Profile

Sign up as a performer. Build your profile with a bio, photos, video clips, past events, and your available dates. Choose a subscription tier to unlock visibility features.

Step 2
Receive Booking Requests

When a planner requests you, you'll get an email with their event details. Review the date, budget, and audience — then accept, decline, or update the booking details.

Step 3
Submit a Payment Request (Optional)

After accepting a booking, go to your dashboard and submit a payment request. Choose to collect a deposit, full payment, or leave it off-platform — it's your call.

Admin Approves

Our team reviews your payment request within 1 business day for fraud protection. Once approved, the planner receives your secure payment link automatically.

Step 5
Get Paid to Your PayPal

When the planner pays, a small platform commission is deducted and the remainder is forwarded to your PayPal email address. Payout timelines are confirmed by our admin team.

Performer Payment FAQ

No. Payment requests are entirely optional. You can handle payment arrangements directly with the planner outside the platform if you prefer.

The platform commission is based on your membership tier: Free 15.0%, Basic 10.0%, Pro 7.0%, Elite 5.0%. Your rate is locked at the time you submit the payment request, so it won't change even if rates are updated later. Upgrade your plan to reduce the commission you pay on every booking.

Once a planner's payment clears, our admin team processes the payout to your PayPal email. You'll receive an email notification when the payout is sent.

Yes. When submitting a payment request choose "Deposit + Balance". Enter the deposit percentage and due dates for both. The planner can pay the deposit first to lock in the booking and pay the balance closer to the event.

If a planner fails to pay by the due date, contact our support team. We recommend confirming payment before your event date. Any disputes should also be directed through our support page.
